[TowerTalk] Hygain 18V-S

[N9YXA-Cedrick Johnson]

Has anyone used a Hygain 18V-S 80-10M vertical? I am looking for some 
information about this antenna, mainly grounding.
I've heard from one source that he followed the manual referring to 
grounding, and the antenna performed poorly. I plan on adding at 
least 2 70' and 3 40' and smaller radials, and would like to talk to 
anyone that has used an extensive radial system and recieved good 
results.
