[TowerTalk] Balun for KT-34A

I am in the market for a new balun for my KLM KT-34A. Before I do the
obvious thing and get the replacement from KLM (it's expensive, about
$65.00), I thought I'd see if there was some net wisdom about a better
replacement for this antenna. 

If I get a lot of responses, I'll summerize.
