[TowerTalk] gamma-match or delta-match

I'll like to know how can i connect one transmision line at the metalic
tower. tower is 30 or 40 meter high. Tower is ground connected at
bottom. ¿can you help me? I wont transmit in 80meters (3.65MHz)
