[TowerTalk] Lube a Rohn 45 thrust bearing

Hi to all!

Well thanks for the answers.  The concensus seems to be lube them with
some kind of lithium or moly grease.  It also seems that most folks
think lubing better than not lubing as it gets rid of that excruciating
metal to metal sound.

Mine is lubed and going up today!
