[TowerTalk] Tool Box Cable Entry Article

Hello All -

A few months ago I heard of an article, I believe which was in CQ's Contest
magazine, which described a grounded cable entry scheme using a metal pick-up
truck tool box.

Can someone tell me the issue this article was published in?  I'm working on
my own cable entry scheme for lightning protection, and would like to get my
hands on this article for ideas.
