[TowerTalk] Alliance HD-73 rotor

As far as the HD-73 being able to turn the A3, I have used one (also second
hand) with my A3S for last 5 years, works fine, but now my rotor has froze up
for lack of maintenance before installing.

Be sure to service your second hand rotor before mounting.
