I want to thank everyone for the great info that was sent to me
regarding my ensuing search for the perfect combination of ham
radio QTH and wife's dream house....now there's an impossible
compromise if I ever saw one <g>.  I feel much more confident
in my ability to research CC&R's on potential homes and 
communicate my requirements to the real estate agents and 
sellers involved.
