Hi, Scott --

     One of the valuable things that the League has done is to put together a
list of Volunteer Consulting Engineers.  A list of 74 such VCE's is on the
ARRL web page http://www.arrl.org/field/regulations/.  

    Maybe they need a list of tower erectors/antenna installers as well.
