You may be right, but subjectively, there is no comparison between the two
types of sections. I have them both in my garage right now..... Maybe I
have some different extra heavy duty top plates.... can't tell you from
memory what part number they are... they are standard Rohn and thought that
they were standard separate top plates.... regardless of the realities, I
don't like them, and won't use them. You like them, fine. I won't be buying
any more of them here.
