[TowerTalk] R45 top prompted by Leeson comment

Yes, my tower leg broke at one of three bolt holes.  I'm assuming it's 
now putting significant extra stresses on the two unbroken legs.  W9RE 
reports having two such failures.

(This is referring to K3MM's comment that he's never heard of such a failure)
