RE: Credit cards.....

After working at HRO for a few years I can tell you that there is a lot
more fraud going on than you might think.  Hams are not always to blame
either.  Most problems I saw were shipments to NYC.  

HRO has a similar policy.  It is to protect the real cardholder as well
as the Stores.  Lots of stolen cards out there.  This is a low profit
margin business.  This small inconvenience might just keep that dealer
in business.
