[TowerTalk] ground screen for new lawn

Use copper.   This is a common commercial product used in building
commercial AM station vertical arrays.   The product is called expanded
copper screening.  It is sold in roles of 8X24ft.  Multiple sections are
simply soldered together on the ground. 

One major disadvantage exists.  It is not low cost!
