[TowerTalk] All-stainless clamps

I have a couple of boxes of Ideal brand hose clamps, labeled
"all-stainless". But when I check the bolts with a magnet, they do show some
magnetism. 

As I recall, there was a thread on here last year about different grades of
stainless steel. Could these bolts indeed be "stainless" and still be magnetic?
