[TowerTalk] SSV wind design certification

I picked up my permit today for a gigantic 40ft SSV tower.  What a
hassle for such a simple installation!

On the permit, the review engineer wrote " Provide wind design
certification for Inspector on-site. (80 mph, exposure 'C' minimum)"

Does anyone have Rohn's Drawing C-870699 that I could borrow for a
while????  This is Rohn's standard 90mph SSV certification that I think
I could use to satisfy the inspector.
