[TowerTalk] Hygain CD 45II vs CDE CD-44

Anyone out there in towertalk land that can tell me the difference 
between the older CDE CD-44 and the new CD45II. Have come across a CDE 
CD-44 and control box (8wire) for a reasonable price.  From what I can 
see from the description of the Hygain CD45II in their lastest listing, 
the two rotors appear to be pretty much the same.
