Well its quite obvious on what to do here.

Get the antenna on top of the tower using the settings given in the
manual.  After re-reading the manual and studing the assembled antenna
I should have no problem getting to the driven element to adjust the
element if needed.  

I should be able to get to reflector also if I need to.
