[TowerTalk] T2X blown fuse

During CQWW my T2X control box suddenly lost direction indication.
The rotor would still turn, but the meter wouldn't move.

As it turns out, the 1/8 amp fuse on the back of the meter was
blown.

Any ideas on what might have caused it?  Is this just something
that happens occasionaly?

I replaced the fuse and everything was fine.
