Good afternoon.

I surely would only use a crane with an experienced driver. Even with an 
experienced driver, I have been accidentally banged into the tower several 
times - not what you want at all. I have also worked within close proximity 
to power lines and an experienced, excellent driver is the right choice - 
novices need not apply.
