Which was also my original reason for doing this. With lots of unlike
antennas and random feedline lengths, I wanted to SEE the phase of the
respective signals.

I'll have to go back and look-- right now I don't even remember the
sensitivity of the 454 on the most sensitive setting. I was either
using the most- or second-most-sensitive setting on the 'scope with
10:1 probes. I was afraid there wouldn't be enough signal to see and
was surprised at just how much signal there was when I tried it.
