[TowerTalk] Drain on beam end caps

Most of these plastic caps deteriorate over time from uV exposure.
To extend their useful life, wrap them with black tape BEFORE 
putting the antenna up.  Good old Scotch 33 works great.

Drain holes in the end caps are good!
