[TowerTalk] Drain on beam end caps

I had something build a nest in a piece of the linear loading for my 40
mtr antenna. It was corrosive and ate the aluminum from the inside. As I
was
cleaning the element I happened to whip it a little too much shaking
water out of it, and it broke.
