Your mast is seriously inadequate for the load you have on it. You should be
using very high strength (120,000 PSI) Chrome moly steel, 3/8" wall minimum.
At that, the 40M-4 should be no more than 10' above the top of the tower. I
fear you have a disaster in the making.
