Hi Steve N6TT,
The first step is to install ferrite beads or toroids on the speaker
leads.
The speaker leads make pretty good dipoles and will pick up the RF from
your antenna.
Best to install the ferrite or chokes as close to the amplifier as
possible (not the speaker end of the leads). Reason is that RF
may be rectified by the output transistors and this unwanted signal
is then sent to the speakers. What goes to the speakers is base-band
audio, so a choke at the speaker may not be of help.
