[TowerTalk] Manual needed for Force-12 C3S to C4S retrofit

I have all the parts for the C3S to C4S upgrade (adding a 40M dipole) 
that I bought last fall, and never had a chance to install it.  I have 
assembled the element.  What I can't find is the manual that gives the 
dimensions of where to put the boom to element bracket and the tuning 
procedure.  If I remember right the tuning element gets moved farther 
away from the boom it raises the frequency and closer to the boom lowers 
the frequency.  Anyhow, if someone could foward me that parts I need or 
if someone has the whole manual they could fax to me, let me know and 
I'll give you my fax number.
