[TowerTalk] Rotatable 40/30 dipole?

Well, that (above) looks like a good idea, but I like my Cushcraft all
three WARC band roto-dipole thing.  Works vy gud at 72 ft and has vy
little wind load.
BIG PS:  is the center element only, 40-meter add-on which is installed to
the A-3 or A-4 or TA-33 or whatever---- is that thing a single element in
the Tribander/single element catagory of the new contesting rules in CQ or
what?   K4VUD
