The tower's going up soon and I'm looking for some used (read inexpensive)
bits to get the 3 ele 40m Yagi together. Have the elements from a Mosley
LM403 and need the boom and boom to mast bracket. elements are set up
to clamp on a 3" dia boom, 36 feet long. I plan to put some 20m quad
elements
on the same boom so something a bit stouter than the stock Mosley is in
order. If this appeal fails to turn anything up, it's off to Tubesales or
Tull metals
(whoever has the best deal) and Andre Studios for the boom to mast bracket.
If anyone has stuff in the garage/basement/yard/??? taking up space,
perhaps we could work out a swap. SE USA preferred but shipping is not
out of the question. I'm in Atlanta and could meet at the Stone Mountain
Hamfest
on 1 or 2 Nov.
Stuff to swap includes BA radios stuff, Sun microsystems stuff, and as a
last
resort, $$$.
Also looking for a prop pitch motor in good shsape for arounf $50 to $75.
Have selsyns but will probably use some sort of homebrew quadrature
encoder.
