I saw this antenna at Dayton and moved up to the stands to get a better
look at it. It appears ROBUST and with no traps in the DE and REF
elements, has the potential to be a great performer. Assuming they
had good modeling followed by good antenna range tuning, it should
be an excellent antenna. Believe it is called the X8. There is no TEN
meter reflector since they report signifigant directivity from the LOG
CELL
DE configuration, similar to the experience Hy-Gain had with the TH-11
where there was virtually no change in pattern on 15M with or without
a 15M reflector. (I have no financial interest or connection with
Cushcraft
other than as a satisfied buyer of some of their antennas.)
