[TowerTalk] Thanks: VHF antenna orientation

Thanks to all who responded to my query regarding mounting VHF antennas
upside down. I received nearly two-dozen responses, and 95% said it
didn't make a bit of difference either way.

The antenna has been ordered, and will be mounted at the top of the
crank-up tower, bottom up.
