[TowerTalk] Numb feet revisited

HI Gang -
	I know this was on the reflector not too very long ago, BUT I neglected
to save a copy of it for future use (ie - NOW!). Someone posted a
vitamin or mineral "cure" for those times when on the tower and your
feet get numb. If the original poster (or someone who still has a copy)
would PLEASE email them to me direct it would be MUCH appreciated. I
beleive there might also have been some non-vitamin tips for the same
problem. Any and all direct replies appreciated and needed before final
climb tomorrow afternoon. (Fri. 9/18)
