Eight feet, minimum, ten feet would start being realistic. Put the 40 on the
bottom so that the element droop has minimum effect on the KT34XA.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE lose the fence post mast. This isn't a commercial,
but, you are on very thin ground. Find some 4130 chrome moly, 3/8" wall, if
you are going to stack antennas like the ones you discuss.
