[TowerTalk] lbs rating to sq ft?

Hello,

I am novice when it comes tower issues (Hence, my subscription
to towertalk!) so please excuse this novice question. 
I see Cushcraft's new X7 tribander is 202 lbs windload at 80 mph.
What would 202 lbs be in square feet of wind load?
I have a Create roof tower on the house which has a rating
of 23 square feet at 90 mph. I'm trying to figure out if
this roof tower can take the X7.
