[TowerTalk] Noise problems on 80 and 160

I have gotten a number of good suggestions on my noise problem.  I will
summarize in a day or so.

Donnie Murray (KE4RNA)pointed out the on-going storm and that the solar
noise is of the early life of the next cycle!  Now to get to the intermod...
