[TowerTalk] Adding ground radials to Gladiators

And,  the radials obviously extend well beyond the 75 foot 
circle in which the poles sit!

Also contributing to the difference in signal  strength between
the horizontal and vertical antennas is the meandering angle
0f arrival of signals here on Kauai,  lots of variables!!
