It is my understanding that there are certain Rohn 25 top sections (I think
BAS25G, 20BG or 25AGx were specified) that allow the ready mounting of
rotor plate and rotor, others will have to be cut (though clamping the cut
angle piece properly should restore strength).

Wish I could find used 45G here in New England at a reasonable price!
