I'm planning on side-mounting a 5el 10m yagi at about 50 feet.
(Looks like a 105CA has enough clearance at the mounting point to
rotate around the tower on a side-arm)
The main focus here is on contesting (primarily stateside but some DX).
Location is Georgetown, KY.
One tower face runs N/S and the other leg points West, so it looks like my
potential blind spots are:
Rotor mount leg Blind spot
-------------------------------------
North (CW) 270-330
North (CCW) 90-150
South (CW) 30-90
South (CCW) 210-270
West (CW) 150-210
West (CCW) 330-30
So what would be the "preferred" blind spot???? And why?
