Hi, Barry,
Check out your local Home Depot or similar hardware store and look in the
plumbing/sprinkler or electrical section. They sell weather tight boxes
designed for mounting sprinkler timers outside. They may be a bit bigger
than you're looking for but maybe they have something else, particuarly
the electrical section.
