[TowerTalk] Water Tank Antenna Bases

Forget the antennas on top.... Remember the old "Lincoln Hat" antenna?  (Naaa,
probably don't)  
Anyway, I would try to have the tanks spaced so that they form curtain array,
gamma match em, and fire away...
