[TowerTalk] Antenna positioning in the wind

Us with HAZER towers have another entirely different criterion.  One has
to position the antenna so that if the rotor or thrust bearing fails,
one can crank down the HAZER. Otherwise the boom hits the tower. In my
case that means either North or South.  Everything else is irrelevant.
