[TowerTalk] Alum vs. Steel Towers

Gang,

I have a friend that would like your collective thoughts about the pros
and cons between Steel and Aluminum towers.  Assuming proper design and
installation here in Michigan.  Any problems with freezing, thawing,
etc.  I know a lot of people that use Aluminum towers w/o problems.  Is
there anything he should be aware of?
