I had a few notes from folks who thought everyone knew of David Robbins'
web site; by far more numerous were notes thanking me for pointing it out.
Now do not thank me (although I appreciated the notes--too numerous to
answer individually).  Send a note of thanks to David for collecting the
information (and performing his own studies) and placing the info at an
accessible site.  Actually, it is a pleasure to be able to say "Don't
thank me; I'm only the messenger" when all too often I have to beg "Do not
shoot me; I'm only the messenger."  Nice to have good news to pass around.
