With all due respect- this has as much value as the old kids game:

QUESTION:  Why ?      ANSWER:  Because!

which is exactly analogous to the Rohn dialog. They have Engineers- why
dont they have Engineering data?
(Come to think of it, they didnt say they didnt have it, they only said it
wasnt available)
