Hello Bruce,

It used to be great book in it's time and Jim has shown a way to the future but it is already 20 years and fortunately the time has brought us a lot more knowledge. I do not believe it is very informative today. A lot of premises and advice given there was by modern modeling methods available in last few years outdated and even reversed.
