[TowerTalk] Hazer cable failure

I have had the same thoughts.  In fact, I am replacing the galvanized cable
with stainless steel, which it should have been originally.

Even with the safety catch, I don't think it is safe to climb the tower with
the hazer at the top.  Use a crane or man-lift.
