[TowerTalk] More info on Hygain changes

	During mid 1997 the Telex company, parent company 
of HyGain, was sold to Greenwich Street Capitol Partners 
of New York.  This firm also owns several other electronic
manufacturer's in US and Europe.  On February 3, Greenwich 
announced the merger of Telex (HyGain) with EV (Electro-Voice) 
which build EV mikes, Altec-Lansing speakers, Vega wireless 
mikes, and the Midas and Klarkteckic brands.  This newly 
merged firm will be known as Telex Communications.... now 
we will see what new developments are coming with Hygain
