[TowerTalk] phantom attachments

Stu-

The unintentioned "phantom attachment" may be the result of using
Netscape.  When I highlight a part of the message or add some other
font-related feature, I am asked if I want to:

___ Send in Plain Text and HTML
___ Send in Plain Text only
___ Send in HTML only

I usually click on the first choice and I think that mat be the source
of the phantom attachment.
