[TowerTalk] something old, something new

Thinking it might be useful to someone, I have placed the talk I did two
years ago at Dayton (and again at 1997 Huntsville) on line. It's called
"An Overview of Small Beams" and gives a summary look at loading methods
in practical terms. In a way, it sort of summarizes some of the things
I've done in the Communications Quarterly series, with 10 meter examples I
have built (in contrast to the computer study in 5 parts on 2-element
beams). Unfortunately, a number of sketches were done on the first CAD
program I had, which does not permit really clear transfer to the .GIF
format, so I repeated critical dimensions in the text. I also furtheer
subdivided the list of articles on the main page to make things easier to
find.

Hope the new item is useful to someone.
