The best way to take the weight of the cable is to use a Kellem grip at
the top. This is a SS device that's used on all commercial tower cable runs.
Commercial specs also call for a grip every 100 feet so you might want to use
2 of them. Check with Grainger or a a local electrical supplier - they'll know
what you need. They'll $5-7.00 each and well worth it.

You can use a clevis (shackle) to attach the Kellem loop end to a tower
brace.

Once the weight is off the cable, you can use electrical tape (Scotch 33
or 88), tie wraps (black UV-resistant only - not the white ones), SS hose
clamps (don't overtighten) or one-foot pieces of 14 AWG wire (just twist it
around the cable and the legs - easy to install and remove). Your choice.
