Not necessarily .... I used to live in Reston, VA, a "new town" with
incredibly restrictive covenants (but a community that definitely would
meet the XYL's specs. It also was home to several 60-70 foot towers with
tribanders. The owners made some sensible concessions - such as siting
their towers to avoid sight lines to pretty views, etc. - and secured the
community's approval for their installations.
I think this guy's going about it in exactly the right way - but good luck
and keep thinking clearly, because it *will* take some effort.
