[TowerTalk] Stacked tri-banders vs. Single mono-banders

I have two choices.

A big full size 4 ele DX Engineering 20m Monobander at 70 ft and a full
size 6 ele DX Engineering 15m at 60 ft,
or stacked th-7's at 70 ft and what ever is the best for the lower antenna.

I know about the flexibility with 2 antennas and the benefits of a lower
antenna, but am I giving up too much gain, going from the mono-banders to
tri-banders?

How do I decide?
