[TowerTalk] removal of "push-nuts"

The push on retainers are a "one shot",  they can only be cut off.

replacement retainers from KLM were about $0.15, ea

If your antenna uses the galvanized steel retainers I would replace them
all.

If your antenna uses the stainless steel retainers, cut out only one
side and slide the element out.
